The Layering update is here! And bug fixes too! Hurray

  • Added the Holdtype Creator menu to the wiltOS Viewer
  • Transitioned Holdtype structure to meta table structure for default entries and generally cleanliness
  • Fixed bug involving desync with attack sequences due to unshared randomized seed
  • Fixed up ACT flow when going between attacking and baseline animation sets
