Reuploaded to support for Unity 2017.4 LTS

Files have been converted to masterbundles for optimisation
Flare effect has been improved to include transparency

Added Rainbow Flare Gun (7656)

Renamed the guns such that it is more similar to the game's style
Tweaked flares such that that they go up higher
