Added Canine Heart (Bottom of survival tab)

Wollie's corpse and Wollie's collar no longer use Telltale Hearts but rather use Canine Hearts to revive Wollie

Fixed issue that caused Wollie to be unfeedable

Added option to enable/disable insta-killing Wollie
