General storage boxes has been buffed from stacks of 5 to 400 (may nerf)

And the size of the general storage boxes from 18x18 to 22x22

Changed Watertower from 100-10,000 Storage.

Medicrate now holds up to 15 bandages splints in a single slot.

Food storage has been increased to 20 items per slot.
