Some convar names changed:
ft_seeker_speed -> ft_hunter_speed
ft_hider_speed -> ft_runner_speed
ft_bullet_speed -> ft_icicle_speed
Icicle speed increased to 730(from 700)
Max ammo of Ice Gun increased to 22(from 18)

Freeze Tag is finally released!
-Changed the team names: Hider -> Runner, Seeker -> Hunter
-Fixed hands view model.
-Added reflective effect to the ice shader.
-Added ft_wincount convar.
-The Gamemode will load the next map after the game.
-Changed spectating system.
-Changed some team balance.
-If Hunter freeze Runner, the gamemode will nofity the Hunter.
