- Public order penalty from taxes reduced to attila levels, (-25,-10,-4,-1,-0)
- Trade income nerfed from 0.75 gdp to 0.5 gdp. It's too damn powerful & it hurts the AI because the AI is less aggressive at securing trade agreements with other factions than the player is.
