High martial rulers will be able to raise larger armies.
Hungarians will start with a larger army in the Old Gods start.
Hedge Knights will visit more often, and may do more then just need medication.
In this brutal world wives are more likely to help their husbands in areas they are poor in, but they themselves are experts in. Wives are also much more likely to try to free their imprisoned husbands.

High martial characters are more effective in battle.
Good commanders are more effective in a siege.

Miscounted the values so Characters would get maimed, killed and wounded far less than intended.
Now its fixed, in all its intended horror.

Post battle events are more likely to fire, such as your heroism being shown or being imprisoned after a lost battle.
