Luggage now follows player when summoned.
Luggage now will move out of the way when the player walks into it.

Added a summoning effect and now when following you, the luggage will jump to your location if you get too far away.

After Akatosh knows how long, I've finally updated the Dwarven Luggage. Now it uses Dragonborn and Dawnguard as master files which will hopefully fix the reported bug of items gone missing. The Dwarven Luggage is smaller, capable of being given a home, and comes with a spell so that you can access its inventory when you can't take it with you.
*Other changes include touching up scripts and fixing a few minor grammar mistakes.
