Faction:

- Added new faction: German Empire
- Added new faction: Greece combined froces

Bug fixes:

- Put in descriptions for weapons
- Pioneers can now build fireplaces (for winter maps with ColdTech activated)

Others:

Some balance changes:

- Austro-Hungarian elite troops are cheaper now
- Feldjaeger and Stormtroopers of Austria-Hungary have more HP now
- Range of Austro-Hungarian tank increased
- Artellery and mortars are for every faction more expensive
- MP18 does more damage now
