Added modular architectural column that can be used as pillar for buildings. It has a base, column, and capital, which you can combine in endless different varieties for a custom build.

It's currently a "small-block" build, meaning that it doesn't include structural integrity and is meant to be decorative.

Added a second column. Same style, but 5 small-block units tall instead of 2 units.
