- Partially fixed the broken water materials (still not as good as before the patch)

- Improved the sand material.
- Fixed missing underwater texture.
- Prop buoyancy now accounts for the prop scale.

- Added skybox and improved lighting.
- Added normal maps to the waves.
- Optimixed texture sizes.
- Buoyancy calculations now take the approxiamte volume of the prop in consideration (still not mass though).
