1 new for Ellis and 3 new for Nicolas.

Since the other special infected don't work, I renamed it random menu. and the special infected commands have been returned to their original places.

Added couple new commands + now all special infected go into their own menu.

Fixed annoying bug where 3rd menu didn't work properly, because I had missing code from it.

Now all characters have +1 character specific menu & some of the old commands back in those, that I might have replaced for new commands.

New shit for l4d1 characters again

Changed the addon name, since it's so much modified already that it doesn't matter anymore.
Also some new different commands once again on... Bill and Francis at least.
