v2.2.0 - With Smart Building!

Put a colonist on a job that fills the moutain with blocks and he/she will not get stuck by planing the build job in the correct order. Works only with one colonist and other colonists might interfer and get stuck. This will be fixed in one of the next releases.

Achtung v2.0.6 fixes break and health level checking on all jobs. Previous, only jobs on multiple cells were checking the levels between positioning between cells. Now forced jobs are stopped exactly when the break level is reached.
