I've accidentally put wrong reloading sounds for M16, it's fixed now.

I've changed SCAR sounds as AFAIR I've f?cked them up earlier, also slightly modified Magnum sound and added new SSG sound for CSS Scout, just cause I felt like doing so, heh. Ah, and changed deploying sounds to one that actually isn't from CSGO, but it's quieter and, for me, less annoying.
