Added Player Stealth when cloaked.

Now only spawns near North Central Mountain on theisland, Lava Island on TheCenter. (not sure where that is on other maps, not really caring to be bothered about it either) [Which reduces total amount spawned by ALOT] Also fixed camo Ini Settings, if they don't work, just doing away with them to save the hassle.

Lowered Spawn Amount/increased spawn interval.
