-increased timeout and exception

-changed how internet connection is checked

-script will now create previews if it cant connect to wiki

-temp fix issue if the scripts connection to the wiki was forcibly closed by the remote host
the script will still work but cant show a preview.

-increase the size of the preview img
-can now preview skybox from the vtf files iteself after converting it first

-bug hotfix: script did not open if there was no internet.

-can now save skybox to map

-changed how the script finds the preview img.
before it used just a list of known skybox imgs, now it will search the skylist website for the img.
