Fixed location marker on overview globe - had somehow got moved relative to underlying globe.

Multiplayer update:

* simplified physics collisions for terrain
* enabled shadows for directional light and terrain
* added teleport mesh to replace most of the teleport points - should mean multiple players won't teleport on top of each other nearly as much
