Updated for 1.2 Sunflower patch. Old save games would probably crash. Sunflower adds two additional states which conflicts with the previous version of this mod.

- Neutrality advisor Salih Bozok added. Strongly recommended to be played together with the neutrality advisor mod here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=739284038 so you can get back to neutrality if went other ways. It will also allow other nations get the neutrality advisor too. I didn't want to combine the mod into mine to let it get its fair share of downloads.

Turkey will now get not only claims but cores on Thrace, Aegean Islands, Burgas and Cyprus or Dodecanese through national focus. These are locations that had considerable Turkish population which should void the manpower penalty from non-core states. This should make these foci more valuable and it is an added incentive for the player to go after them, instead of simply justifying war.
