- Wild Prime Dimorph Fatal error crashed fixed!

HOTFIX
- Apex Araneo camera positions while riding fixed, to include clipping issues
- Leech will no longer be kill by its own projectile attack
- Prime King Kong will no longer crash servers

CHANGES:
- Trike now gathers berries with right click and stone/obsidian/pearls/wood etc... with left click
- Prime Direbear can no longer gather berries and thatch
- Turtle now gathers thatch along with berries
- Summoning requirements for Prime Dinos increased

- Material fatal error crash
