Fixed bug where planet flag was not correctly removed
Changed implementation of planet flag to allow multiple deposits to be added

Changed supported version to 1.2.* (This had been reported to cause crashes in the past so we'll see if it's fixed)
Fixed bug where the planet flag wouldn't be cleared and would cause problems.
Added condition to ensure the event will only fire in owned space (not doing so would cause problems)

Added ability to choose the size of the deposit (regular, rich, vast, immense).
Divided each resource into separate menus.
Added menu navigation functionality and ability to exit event with no effects on the deposit.
Misc. stuff such as localisation for new features
