  • the tooltips for not having supported a heir within the last 10 years and for not being target of supporting a heir within the last 20 years now show the year in which that was done the last time
  • added a casus belli that allows you to declare war on the target country and (as a peace option) give the rebels control over their capital or just crush their armies so that the rebels won't be defeated
