This was mostly about buffing Turkey. Think I'm pretty much done with the 1936 start.

1. Added resources to Turkey.
   
2. Added a victory point to Turkey.
   
3. Added industry to Turkey.
   
4. Added to starting production for Byzantium and Turkey.

Steam does like to chew on the summary.

1. More cleaning of 1936 OOB.
   
2. Added armored division to Byz and Tur.
   
3. Added artillery to Byz and Tur.
   
4. Added planes to Byz and Tur.
   
5. Added more claims for Byz.

And now I lost most of the mod's description... Yippee

1. Changed Byzantium's color to purple.
   
2. Renamed Byzantine cities and states.
   
3. Moved capital from Athens to Constantinople.
   
4. A lot of sorting to Byzantium's 1936 OOB.
   
5. 1939's OOB still needs a lot of work.

And its finally starting to go sort of well again.

1. Reassigned some Turkey states to Byzantium.
   
2. Moved Turkey troops/planes/ships out of reassigned states.
   
3. Added a couple of factories to Turkey.

Okay so this is not going well.
