Wow, two "boy was I dumb" moments in as many days. Ouch. Well turns out I was doing the localizations wrong so I didn't need those copy/paste overwrites. Well that's been fixed now so it should help minimize chances of conflicts with mods, dlcs, and patches.

Hate those "boy was I dumb" moments. Finally realized a better way to get Turkey to keep troops on the Byz border without gauranteeing a Byz-Turk war in the first few months.
