Fixed a bug where the Prethoryn Scourge couldn't trigger after the Unbidden appeared.

Added new restriction so the AI Crisis won't happen at the same time as Swarm or Extradimensionals.
It can still happen before or after them and the other two can still happen at the same time.

Updated for Patch 1.8, aka "Capek".

They reworked the trigger system for crises with the clear intention to disallow multiple crisis, I had to add some parts of the old system to make it happen again and the updated version will not be fuilly compatible because I have to overwrite the new file "crisis_trigger_events.txt".
