- added 2 new territories (burned forests)
- small balance changes and added new cover at south bridge
- small visual clipping fixes
- reworked weather system
- changed ground textures for the town in the middle.
- new background image

- left stairs which lead to the Anwesen don't allow vehicles to pass anymore

- Now sea is not frozen from the begining, it will be passable around min 7.
- added grass
- fixed street (clipping issue)
- added details ( splats)
- exchanged some cover objects for balance (south oil point, Anwesen).
