Added an IR strobe to the LZ for night operation

- Made the player immortal

- New scroll menu commands for:
- Skipping time -1 hour
- Teleporting the player to spawn

- Now using a script with GUI to spawn vehicles

- Some props added to the spawn

Added the entries to the scroll menu:

1. Pop new smoke
2. Make alternate LZ
3. Make new LZ
4. Set weather sunny
5. Set weather rainy
6. Set weather stormy
7. Skip time 3h

A sound is played after the player lands sucessfuly on the designated LZ
