You can now clientside disable overlays with "epicspraypaint_cloverlay 0" and re enable them with "epicspraypaint_cloverlay 1"

Added overlay when you spray players. You can disable it if you're an admin by typing "epicspraypaint_enableoverlay 0" into console.

Fixed reloading being weird again, the annoying tick sound, and negative ammo after reloading.
