Fixed some mistakes and deleted unused files.

REDUX Update:

1. Fixed bug with floating SNPCs.
2. New icons.
2. 2002 and 2003 Combine Soldiers are now seperated.
3. 2002 Combine Soldier now have another version of voiceover.
4. 2004 and 2006 Combine Soldiers scrapped.
5. Added SMG2.
6. Sniper Rifle is scrapped.
7. Conscripts now can throw grenade and melee attack.
8. Added gasmask variants of Conscripts.
9. Added Combine Soldier (dogmask version).
