Moved 30-06 Springfield ammo to the top just below 0.50 BMG, as it is more powerful than 7.62.54mmR

Changed the sort criteria to highest bullet muzzle energy.

Fix: increased the "Rifle ammo clip (M16/20)" ammo amount from 18 to 20.
