updated to b2, added more skybox and map detailing.

added teamspawn support so this map is actually supported by gc now (lol) added ai to interior rooms and the underground section. underground is a bit fucky because npcs can't climb ladders but I tried setting it up so fast zombies can do their climby shit. this is all untested so lol potential rip incoming
