  • you now only need to have positive prestige to join a federation, not the amount of prestige that the leader has anymore (requested by some people)
  • federal countries are not able to found other countries anymore (apart from other federal countries)

Added federational countries

If you enact the eigth reform your country will now change to the specific federal nation (European Federation, African Federation, ...), which have the national ideas federal ideas .

The ideas are show in some screenshots.
