Hotfix 1.1 - Sorted out an issue with the workshop that didn't seem to update the .int and .ini files that were modified in the previous hotfix.

Updated the XComGame.int file along with the XComContent.ini to allow the existing armor permutations to be used with Medium Plated Armors and Medium Powered Armors (All the basic armors for each tier)
