Fixed issue with Hand Zones

- You can now save your progress sheet, and it will keep the information
- Progress sheet doesn't load every time with Rebirth, it's a separate button to pull one out.
- Progress sheet is White Listed, should be protected when loading up a new game
- Removes some messages when loading up the game
- Disabling Auto Refill/Boss Flipping is done automatically now

- Starters / Weaknesses / Kicks are all randomly Assigned
All Players should have the same Set of Starters (Please let me know if this isn't the case)
This is due to a Rule Change for next Season

DCDB Ban & Tier Update: 12 August 2019

Added Rebirth Cards, except for Scenario cards. No Punch outs either at the moment.

DCDB Cube decided to change the formula on how the Boss stack is formed. It was applied using what Robert Green provided, and modified to fit on this mod.
