1) Added decal support. Previously there were no decals, now there are for both skins.

2) Moved "special" load out location to accommodate tail gun which exists in "indev" version of the game. The top turret now shoots down enemy aircraft when the tail gun is loaded.

3) Changed flying model to ONI to improve payload.
