Updated to work with Natural Disasters and fixed a minor bug with the reset position functionality

Now remembers move chirper option and also fixed glitch with the options panel reloading randomly (I think)

Now you can drag chirper around

Added filter mechanism so you only see messages about your city's status

Added controls for horizontal positioning
