New Features:
- A Prop Protection addon is no longrer required but highly recomended
- New Console command (CPC_Time_As_Maximum) when set to 1 CPC_Cleanup_Time is taken as the maximum time and cleanup time is based on prop volume
- Can now remove disconected props (in theory)
- Minor optimizations/changes
