edited shaders to be less crazy. edited delta_iron, and moved speedloader in menu screen.

fixed cylinder rotation direction. wasn't actually that hard.

fixed the iron dryfire problem. turned out the cylinder was rotated 60deg in delta_iron which wasnt noticeable in the transition.
now has working world model and vgui picture
