Moved power node in Infirmary so it is buildable again.

Added a few details to Lobby.
Increased the height of the ceiling in Infirmary, made the room a bit smaller and added a few details.
Fixed that a skulk could not get onto the box next to the exit to Ramp Check in ArcSaber.
Rebuild big parts of Left Arms.
Fixed two holes in Storage Room B.

Detailed ArcSaber a bit more.
Improved occlusion geo around ArcSaber.
Fixed occlusion geo bug in Cargo.
Added a platform to Lobby.
Allowed gorge tunnels on the upper platform in Storage Room B.

Added a not accessible room next to Ramp Check so the windows there make sense.
Added a few props to Ramp Check.
Improved texturing in Ramp Check.
Improved ceiling above the pipe in Ramp Check.
Rebuilt some minor details in Bridge.
Improved comm view in Left Arms.
Added some details to ArcSaber and improved lighting.
Improved occlusion geo throughout the map.
