introducing Bertha, a giant torp-shooting mountable turret
-Bertha takes Hugs as ammunition
-Compared to nightmare bullets, hugs deal the same amount of torpor (6,000) but they shoot faster, and through a giant mountable rocket turret
-Hugs cost 150 narcotics, 60 charcoal, 10 polymer and 5 ingots
-Bertha costs 1500 ingots, 750 electronics, 750 polymer and 500 paste

I've also added a buff effect for all ammunition - this will emit green smoke from the dino for 15 seconds, boosting melee damage by 25%

enabled underwater use to the yawning bow.....heheh
