Added Convars:

DTSwepCorpseRemoveTime - How many seconds the corpses will stay. Default Value: 180

DTSwepRechargeTime - How many seconds are needed for the SWEP to recharge. Default Value: 300

DTSwepInvestigationTime - How many seconds are needed for the investigation to complete. Default Value: 25
