re-ordering of the options, changed descriptions for better understanding

-replaced the additional arrow options with two sepaarate checkboxes, disabled by default; the mod can't differ between props on different road types, so changes are global. removed the manhole option bacause of this.

re-added the parking space options; - limited the sliders to 20 and 80 % darkness to avoid messed textures

changed default brightness of highways to 0.375
