Had a little time over my solstice break here and decided to add the stetson that I had been working on. I've been really busy with my own project but needed a little change of pace.

Added the Cavalry Stetson, traditional.

Thanks to user BlueRaja I saw that the shader cache for the mod was bloated above 85K. Was able to reduce the size of this file.

Re-uploaded mod.
