Initial release!
- adjusts the fog, rain and temperature settings
- new textures for sand, cliff, pavement, oil, ore and ruined
- new and more realistic style of the water
- more realistic and darker nights, including a better visibility of stars and a completely reworked moon
- modifies the impacs on landscape-colour of oil, forest, ore...
- modifies the pollution (overall less obvious, greenish water, brownish soil)
