gg_basic map now looks profi (even with just few props).

Progress GunGame 0.4a

- fixed respawn only as 1'st team (now I have deep knowledge of entity creation :)
- start game with pistol & axe (no gun)
- basic koncept od leveling system (+3 kills .. level-up; suicide .. level-down)
- tech rewards (guns chain based on Level)
> Level 0: Pistol + Axe
> Level 1: Rifle + Axe
> Level 2: Shotgun + Axe
> Level 3: Grenade & Ends game as winner!

TODO:
- tweak damage on axe, kill with axe .. level-up, death by axe .. level-down
- remove dependency on tech points and res nodes
- add team selection on spawn location entity (editor & lua)
- more robust leveling system (persist levels when jump to ready room .. same as resources)
- more guns

Progress GunGame 0.3a

- Created small map gg_basic
- Both teams are marines !!!
- Orange and Blue marines skins (Author: Brock 'McGlaspie' Gillespie; mcglaspie@gmail.com; MvsM mod)
- Game start when there are at least 2 players (1 in each team)
- Game ends with winner, player with 5 kills (show draw game screen, but log winner to console)
- End game freeze players, therefore no more running around map :)
- Added bot support .. they just run around as dummy targets to practice shooting

TODO:
- remove dependency on tech points and res nodes
- add team selection on spawn location entity (editor & lua)
- start game with pistol & axe (no gun)
- begin work on leveling system & tech rewards (give guns)
