Fixed an issue where ModBuddy was adding unneccessary files to the mod package, which should make the mod a bit lighter.

Added symmetrical versions of kevlar arm option 5. All default kevlar arms now included!

Cut out a bunch of unneeded junk that ModBuddy was automatically adding to the project. Should make the mod a bit lighter and reduce the chances of potential conflicts.

I removed the option to equip these arms on higher armor tiers. That functionality has been split out to a seperate mod - see the description for details. Hopefully this doesn't mess anything up in a serious way for anyone.
