Just a little fix for the pickable cart in Hospital

Hammer/Mallet now can stunt enemies.
Gascans in chapter 3 start glowing when you reach the train
Tanks spawning improved in chapters 2 and 5

I forgot to put one model (elevator buttons for Hospital) Now its fixed
