Repair feature is now working!

Fixed a horrible angle bug. (Still working on gunner fixes!)

Updated the torpedo used to do more damage.

Added a resource.AddWorkshop() line to auto download extras just in case a server forgot it

Gunner movement is now less choppy!

A few fixes to sounds.

New:
Turret/Gunner Seat
Repair function (press SHIFT)
* Plays astromech and repair noise
* Gives ship 25% of health back (not implemented yet)

Torpedo/engine color

Current Bugs:
Gunner still invisible :/
Repair actually doesn't do anything yet but make noise and go on cooldown

Added a visible pilot to the cockpit.

Fixes to view and spawn menu.

Also fixed cockpit issue where other cockpits would not draw in first person.

Changed some damage values and added first person look around (hold TAB).
