VIPs should be fixed.

Added a button in the customization menu for "Apply Uniform" - will bring up another menu of all valid uniforms for that
soldier and allow you to apply it with one click.

Known Bug: You'll have to back out of the customization screen and re-enter it to get Apply Uniform to appear again. Not sure why that's happening.
