- Fixed bug when non-Womp characters or Womp below 25 wetness tried to plant tentacle spots and they just vanished instead.
- Further decreased the dryness-damage taken while below 20 wetness.

- Fixed sound effect for using moisture to plant tentacles.

- Womp can now plant tentacle spots to spawn a tentacle at the cost of 25 wetness.
- Womp no longer dries while sleeping..

OTHER THINGS:
- Womp will still target tentacles when pressing the attack key. This isn't as easy to fix as I thought, as it is also the behavior of Webber to spiders. So it will probably stay this way until Klei fixes Webber.
- Womp can't do certain things when near tentacles, as they're considered dangerous. I could fix this but it would require me to overwrite the entire default stategraph just for one tiny change, and I feel like that'll cause more harm than good.

- Fixed a couple speech text things.
- Lowered the damage taken while too dry and increased the time between its ticks.
- Slightly increased movespeed while below 5 wetness. (70% to 75%)
- Increased wetness loss when hit by an attack.

Forgot to update an xml file. Whoops.

Changed character's name in order to avoid potential controversy.

Fixed crash when non-Womp characters were around bunnymen.
