Updated mod tools package

Bugfix: setting activation group to none will no longer disable the gyro.

Removed unused parameters "Input: (Throttle, VTOL, Roll, etc.)", and "Invert", through use of dark magic, light magic, blue magic, red magic, and other forms of magic and wizardry.

Renamed "Cockpit Gyro" that uses "Cockpit Block" model, to "Cockpit Block Gyro", so now there aren't two named "Cockpit Gyro"
